With counting and filling module(s), a cleaning station, a screw capping station, an induction sealing station, a retorque station and a labelling station, the TVM 758 is optimally equipped for the lower and medium output range and covers all the tasks of a conventional line to perfection.
In the smallest possible space, we have combined all the work steps of a conventional line in a single machine. This reduces the costs for size parts to the maximum extent. The duration of size part changes is reduced to a few minutes. The low effort required for a “line clearance” at the end of the batch is also appreciated by users. This compact machine skilfully plays to its strengths, the unbeatable advantages compared to conventional systems. All production steps are integrated into a compact but powerful machie, which meets the demands of the international pharmaceutical industry.
