This AVM capping machine features modular and efficiently configurable workstations. With the latest generation of the AVM series, we have focused on the reduction of format changes and downtimes, improved accessibility and easy cleaning. The new machine, called AVM 758, meets all the above requirements in an ideal manner. The new AVM is configurable with different workstations, so that all common closure types can be processed on the system. Also integrated is our new and revolutionary capping system with torque recording and monitoring. The capping machine can also be easily integrated into existing solid and liquid packaging lines.

Retorquer RT 758 for process-reliable and reproducible re-torqueing of closures with precise torque control. Every torque value is exactly recorded via a calibrated torque sensor. Output of up to 70 bpm.
