With filling module(s), a cleaning station, a dropper inserting station, a screw capping station, a retorque station and a labelling station, the FVM is optimally equipped for the lower and medium output range and covers all the tasks of a conventional line to perfection. In the smallest possible space, we have combined all the work steps of a conventional line in a single machine. This reduces the costs for size parts to the maximum extent. The duration of size part changes is reduced to a few minutes. The low effort required for a “line clearance” at the end of the batch is also appreciated by users. This compact machine skilfully plays to its strengths, the unbeatable advantages compared to conventional systems. All production steps are integrated into a compact but powerful machine, which meets the demands of the international pharmaceutical industry.

The FVM is equipped with a liquid filling module, a stopper application station, and a crimping station. Depending on the requirements, this arrangement can be customised or reconfigured to suit. The result is a machine concept which is ideal for pharma liquid filling applications. On a very small footprint, we have combined all the process steps of a conventional filling line into a single machine. From a pharmaceutical and quality perspective too, there are numerous benefits to this concept: Each product is tracked through a single machine; The scope and costs of format parts are significantly reduced, resulting in an impressively fast format change; Line clearance at the end of each batch is simplified.
