The three lines will soon be producing our customer’s entire product portfolio of tablets and capsules in cans. Following an intensive project phase and successful factory acceptance tests, we are delighted to announce the completion of three state-of-the-art tablet lines.

What makes them special is that all lines feature fully automatic format adjustment. A complete format change – including a new can, new tablet, different closure, label, IFC carton, and shipping case – takes only 20 minutes. From the last container produced in the old format to the first product in the new format, everything runs in a single pass – flying changeover at the touch of a button, without manual intervention.

The lines feature a wide range of state-of-the-art components:

The bottle setup with blow-out station and a customer-specific belt section leads to the Monoblock TVR 420, which includes a pouch desiccant station, a glass breakage control system, and a counting and filling unit with lifting column and upstream metal detector. An extended suction unit effectively reduces tablet dust.

Pre- and post-screwing stations with precise torque monitoring, induction sealing, and a buffer rotary table ensure maximum process reliability.

Downstream, the BBP 100 bottom pressure station with camera control, the DEM 100 labeling machine with laser printer and OCR/OCV camera, the IFC cartoner, and the case packer follow.

A cobot handles palletizing on Euro pallets, while the DMO/SAP connection ensures seamless digital integration.

These lines set new standards in flexibility, modularity, ease of use, and changeover speed.
