R. Deckert GmbH continues to grow: at the end of March, the ground-breaking ceremony for a large new building took place directly at the company headquarters in Steinbeisweg. Following construction measures in 1987, 2001, 2007 and 2012, the expansion is the next significant construction phase for the Hall-based company. The new assembly and commissioning hall will also house hybrid offices, social rooms and boxes for the factory acceptance test for national and international customers, who are among the global market leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. The aim is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the mechanical engineering company’s work processes.

“The new 2,000 square meter assembly area will be another major investment in the future. It will be built right next to our existing buildings,” says the Hall-based company. And he continues: “The new assembly hall will not only represent an expansion of our production capacities, but will also offer a modern working environment. The ground-breaking ceremony right next to the existing buildings marks the starting signal for further growth. The new assembly hall is therefore not only a sign of our continuous growth, but we are also investing in the future of our company and our employees.”

R. Deckert GmbH develops and manufactures packaging machines for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Since focusing on the pharmaceutical industry in 2000, the company has grown considerably.

The driving force behind this development: the niche offer of accurately counting tablets, capsules or coated tablets, filling them into containers, sealing them and labeling them.
