Project Manager (m/f/d)
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, management and implementation of our projects. You are the central point of contact for our customers and act as an interface between internal departments and our global customers. With your expertise in project management and your ability to coordinate complex projects, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our innovative packaging solutions. Your tasks
This is what you do with us:
- Development of a detailed project plan with clear objectives, milestones, schedules and resource requirements
- Definition of project scope, requirements and work packages in close coordination with customers and suppliers
- Allocation of personnel, budgets and other resources according to project requirements
- Coordination and monitoring of all activities within the project plan
- Conduct regular team meetings and status updates to track the progress of the project and identify obstacles
- Team and communication skills, confident manner in dealing with customers
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Your profile
What you bring to the team:
- Professional experience as a project manager or in a similar position, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related industry
- Competence in managing and executing complex projects from planning to implementation
- Ideally, a sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and an understanding of the technical requirements associated with the manufacture of packaging machines for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry
- Experience in working with engineers and technical teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide and inspire teams
- Assertiveness and decisiveness to successfully overcome challenges
